Vietnam visa for Indian passport holders

Hi there. My family and me hold Indian passports. we have booked tickets from Singapore to Phu Quoc and then from Phu Quoc to Ho Chi Minh city. Is visa required for Phu Quoc? also if I apply for visa on arrival can I enter from Phu Quoc to HCMC. would appreciate a quick response since I’m short of time and it is urgent.

I am pleased to note that you will not need a visa to Phu Quoc for 30 days but you do need to get visa to Ho Chi Minh. Please note that Vietnam visa on arrival does not work for your case since it is not available in Phu Quoc airport yet. You have 2 solutions:

1. Applying for visa at Vietnam Embassy
2. When you are in Phu Quoc, you should go to Phu Quoc Immigration office to get a Vietnam visa to fly to Ho Chi Minh airport.
