Vietnam visa on arrival for Indians for 5 days
Hi there, I read somewhere that to apply for Vietnam visa on arrival, I need to provide a copy of my passport and return ticket book. But I also read in your site that I do not need to do any thing, just complete your online form. So, which one is right? Please advise.

Please be informed that the procedure to get Vietnam visa on arrival for Indians has been made much simpler since mid-2015. The procedure in which Indians need to submit copy of passport and return ticket flight to obtain a visa on arrival for Vietnam is the old one and the latter is the current one. It means that as a holder of Indian passport holder, you do not need to provide any document when applying for Vietnam visa online, just the following information:
- Contact information: name, email and phone number;
- Visa information: purpose of visit, visa type, duration and intended arrival airport;
- Applicant details: full name, date of birth, gender, passport no., and passport expiry date.
You can submitting the information to us via our online form. Or in case you do not wish to complete the form, just send us soft copy of your passport and visa information as in point 2, we will complete the form on your behalf and send you a link for payment.
