Inquiry for Vietnam visa
I am an Indian citizen with a permanent resident card of Malaysia. I am married to a Malaysian citizen. We want to go on a holiday to Vietnam for 5 days and 4 nights. Is there a form that I can download for the visa. And do I need to submit photos? If yes please tell me the size and specifications.
Also please tell me the fees required to be paid and time it will to issue the visa. I would like to travel on the 14 of May 2016 and return by 18 of May 2016.

Please be informed that only you need a Vietnam visa, you wife don’t need one as Malaysian passport holders are exempted from Vietnam visa for 14 days.
In case you wish to obtain a full visa at Vietnam embassy, you need to access to website of the embassy to download the visa application form. The visa fee and processing time depends on the embassy, they are not published on its website. When applying for visa at embassy, you need to submit photos together with your documents.
However, if you travel to Vietnam by air, we advise you to apply for Vietnam visa on arrival for convenience, as in this option, you don’t need to travel for visa application and also don’t need to download the visa form. You only need to submit an online application form by accessing to https://booking.vietnam-visa.com/step1.html, get visa approval letter within 1-2 working days, and get visa stamped upon arrival at airport in Vietnam.
When using this kind of visa, you need to pay two kinds of fee: Service fee and stamping fee. And it is totally US $46 for a 1-month single entry visa (US $21 as service fee to be paid online to travel agent to get visa approval letter, and US $25 as stamping fee to be paid in cash to immigration officer at Vietnam airport to get visa stamped).
When applying for Vietnam visa online, you don’t need to submit any photo. However, you need to prepare 2 portrait photos (4*6cm) to presented at Vietnam airport.
